Located between the millenary and narrow streets at the heart of Cordoba, 350 m from calle judíos, 450 m from the majestic Mezquita-Catedral de Cordoba (Mosque-Cathedral), this casa-patio dating from the XVI century has opened its doors, and offers an unforgettable experience: stay in a wonderful architectural example, a protected building that is part of the historic center of Cordoba, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and among one of the largest sites of the entire old continent.

We are in a restored house dating from the sixteenth century. All the original parts of the existing house have been preserved, and the rooms have been arranged around the patios.
The zones of new construction are in front of the biggest courtyard in which an archaeological deposit, dated around the IV century, found during the building refurbishment can be observed.

Frequent Questions
What are the reception hours?
This property does not have a 24-hour staffed reception. There are video surveillance cameras for the guests’ own security 24 hours a day. The client has telephone numbers of the personnel in the Welcome Card to use them in case of any incident or doubt.
How far in advance can I cancel a reservation?
During the weekends from March to May inclusive, reservations will not be refundable. The rest of the days have a FREE CANCELLATION the first 48h after the booking has been done.
How to get to the hostel?
Patios del Orfebre is located in the historic center of Córdoba (+ info). One of its greatest charms are its many picturesque streets, very narrow and intricate, which transport us to the tales of the Thousand and One Nights … but all this so romantic does not get along very well with the traffic of vehicles.
The street on which we are located narrows quite a bit at its end and is part of one of the restricted access areas of the city.
This is why we recommend that our clients, since there are areas enabled for parking less than two minutes away on foot (parking in the nearby streets, public parking of Paseo de la Victoria, etc …), park the vehicle and later Approach walking and do not access C / Tejón and Marín while driving. If they transport very heavy luggage, they can access the vehicle to the door, but always being aware of the difficulties that driving through the old town can entail. Once parked, we are so close to everything that you can forget about your car!
Do you have parking near the hostel?
Yes, there is a public parking 150 meters from the hostel called Parking “Paseo de la Victoria”. It is not necessary to reserve a place, but if you would like to, you can reserve through the parclick.com platform.
