Rates and conditions
Standard reservations will have the possibility of free cancellation up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. If they are canceled after that date, the first night of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged. The establishment reserves the right to charge the first night of the stay within 48 hours prior to arrival. In any case, the charge for the entire stay will be made at the entrance. If the card provided by the client does not meet the necessary requirements for the application of the standard reservation cancellation policy, Patios del Orfebre reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation.
Special dates
Special dates are those in which the cancellation policy is different from the standard one. On special dates, reservations will always be non-refundable, and there is no possibility of modification, cancellation and / or return of the reservation once it has been confirmed. Patios del Orfebre will charge the amount of the entire stay at any time once the reservation has been confirmed. The special dates for 2019 are: March 29, 30 and 31 and every Friday and Saturday in the months of April and May. If the card provided by the client does not meet the necessary requirements for the application of the non-refundable reservation policy, Patios del Orfebre reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation.
